After upgrading the OS, which was earlier done, speed of the system has gone for a toss...(my laptop had a better speed before it was given to them a few months back for mapping outlook) They have denied looking up to an issue with the sound of laptop system, which deteriorated post the upgrade..no responsibility..no value for the services! Moreso my data from the drive is deleted ...n no responsibility whatsoever! Yes, I did come back but the data in one of the folders was nowhere to be found ..I did not recover anything. You guys just mapped outlook and got the emails from one of the domains back, which you had a backup, unfortunately there was no data recovery from the previous folder. Besides the sound also remained as it is. The comment was more so for the way you interacted with me in the first place. Your response to the sound not working as it was earlier was "so what will, i do ?????" This is not the way to speak in the first go. I just thanked you to recover outlook does not mean everything was sorted. Infact there was nothing sorted. Everything remained the same. I had to undergo a lot of hassles with no results!!!! I am unable to watch any videos now with the low sound .. what's more .the other day I couldnt hear anything on a webinar .. video calls and webinars are the need of the hour these days ..thanks to you guys the voice is completely gone for a toss ..even with 100 % of system and video. Before handing over my devise for the OS upgrade I completed my IELTS live online ..but you won't help after messing up everything! Grave attitude for D graded service! You always mess up with the sound. my colleagues Mac also has close to nothing volume and he is the one to take me at your shop. I regret coming there! I wish I had never walked in!!!! You guys ruined the high quality sound of my system. With just 50% volume it was loud. ..u know what that means ..you guys ruined it ..I wish I could file a complaint against you people ..and cancel your license .

If your laptop is not working, DO Not go to this shop, because if you do then if they couldn't fix it ( they steal some hardware inside , and make it worst so it won't be possible to fix it to any another shop) *This is two time happened
Pathetic service, rude behaviour and very low quality product they use. Wiring was completely short within one year and they dont take any responsibility Stay away from them
