Amazing place. Rented a roadbike on Saturday evening for 2 hours. Bike was not in excellent condition (brakes are not the best anymore, gearshift as well) but it was enough for me. Staff is friendly. Track is awesome. Overall great experience, would definetly come back.
Cheated us into taking the expert route just so they can try to make some more money out of us. We as beginners struggled a lot on the 9km route when there was also a 2km available. The 9km route was dangerous as other cyclists were riding at full speed with no concerns for anyone. When called on the number provided for help, they said good luck and there was no way to help. 0/10 experience. Just rent the Careem bikes to be honest, no need to come here.
Extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, the rentals are overpriced compared to DXB Bike, which is located right next to them. The staff were also quite rude — my friend started feeling nauseous just 15 minutes into the ride, and no one had informed us that the loop was 9km long. We later found out there was a more beginner-friendly 2km loop available, but of course, no one mentioned that at the start. It honestly felt like all they cared about was squeezing out more money by charging for an extra hour. There was an emergency contact number provided on the bike, which we called to ask if we could exit the loop early because it felt never-ending and my friend wasn’t feeling well. Their response? “We don’t have a car available, so good luck finishing the loop.” Completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, other bikers on the trail were aggressive and kept yelling at us to stay to the side — like relax, we’re not training for the Olympics here. Also, the bikes had no headlights, which is a major health and safety issue. A helmet won’t help if no one can see the bike in low light conditions. Overall, a big red flag, poor experience, Would not recommend - stick to careem bikes atleast you can end the trip whenever you want and not be stuck in the middle of nowhere with no exit routes.
Staff quoted me a price for 90 mins and then doubled it when it came to paying. I was gone for 2 hours. After half an hour talking to Ola about the false advertising the only solution she offered was to give me a free juice - not to honour the original quote / need me in the middle with a more reasonable price. Poor advertising and poor customer support. Not impressed!
They have amazing bikes, and I can't stop myself from going back. Customer service is top-notch. In my opinion, this is the best bike rental place I've seen in uae.
