Bike Shop Dubai

I bought 2 bikes from this store. Unfortunately, both began to deteriorate not long after. I think we wasted our money. I asked them for help under warranty. However, they asked for money. I said I would report them. And only then did they come. However, the problems were not resolved. I need to buy new bikes. Unfortunately I lost my money.

I bought my son’s bike from this shop 4 weeks ago. We asked if the bike mechanics and sales rep and they said it’s good quality for kids. So we took it home.

First time use the gear broke. 3rd time of use, the the pedal came of while my son was riding and then fell over hitting his arm and head. Good thing my son was wearing a helmet.

Then I return the bike and they tell us the bike that we got is not of good quality. They can only fix it but cannot guarantee quality… boom… selling safe and quality bikes is not their priority. Same like you’re buying from sidewalk vendor with no reputation.

You can’t expect this shop to sell good quality bikes at all.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. I went there last week to service my old bike (it was rusty since it is a 5 years old bike) and i told them can you make it as new... They said yes but it will cost you 440. I said ok. When i came to collect my bike i was shocked they are asking me more (515) and the bike wasn't as i imagined it will be. They only changed Capel and capel housing with tube.... No grease. With the old tires. I had to do all the work again in my house.

It’s my first time to ride a bike in Dubai. And it’s awesome! My friends and I really enjoyed. The bicycle we rented in Bike Shop Dubai are all good quality. You can choose different model of bicycle.. and also they have good location.. they are near in Dubai Canal. Around that area have a lot of bike lanes you will enjoy. The staffs are friends and reliable . They have safety items too. We felt safe and happy

Long time I didn’t enjoy riding bike. Thank Bike Shop Dubai I had nice experience, I’ve found their shop in Business bay, best location near of bus station, so you easily can reach metro by 5/10 minutes. We were enjoying it for two hours, manager of shop gave us safety equipment as helmet ⛑. So it was safely trip by excellent bikes. Must to enjoy 😊

Me and my partner had a great evening, it was absolutely right decision to try biking around canal. For both of us it was first time for renting a bike in Dubai. Staff in the store were very helpful and friendly. They gave proper advice what bike to choose, where we should bike, also they equipped us with extra light and phone holder. Inside the store they have a locker where you can keep your belongings while biking around canals.

My experience was a waste of time and money. I handed the bike in for a service and it came back with new issues which now I’ll be taking to another shop to fix. I returned the bike to this shop after the failed service to repair and they didn’t know how to fix it. Looking at the owner’s responses you can tell there isn’t much ownership. I don’t expect and won’t be asking for a refund. Will not be returning.

Quite disconcerted by the 'BikeShopDubai' chat line rep. What's the point of hving a chat/help line if the rep on line does not kno the difference between a Schwalbe tyre and a Continental? That's like me asking if u sell Nissan and u say 'yes' as per the response, and then show me a picture of a Toyota. And to top it off, then the rep totally ignores my next query??? I might only b interested in buying 2 tyres...that's a mere 500 dirhams...not much money, I kno...but service like this accumulates and the word spreads. Wish I cld post a screenshot of the correspondence.

The staffs are very welcoming and recommended me what bike will be easier for me to roam around. The location of the place is also good for a chill ride. My brother & I enjoyed sightseeing the area while riding our bikes. It was worth 2 hours of rent! 🤍

We had a pleasant an experience with a Bike Shop, staff are so friendly and meet all our expectations. Bikes with a high quality wheel and comfortable for a riding. We watch amazing sunset from canal and enjoyed the riding. Definitely will recommend that place for everyone who love active lifestyle.
