Abrar and Rasul did amazing job with fixing my ceiling. It had holes and discoloration from old light and now it is undetectable! At first new paint coat was noticeable and they stayed and made sure it looked perfect - even used hair dryer to make sure paint job was good. Highly recommended!

At Door Step is the best place to go if you're looking for very odd or specific jobs. They are forthcoming and good at communicating. Our pantry door is so heavy that it was bending the hinges and scraping the floor. At door step helped me find carpenters that took a budget friendly approach and managed to fix the issues. The team was flexible and good at communicating. I can recommend being precise with your expectations and possibly watching (but this depends on which specialist team you are assigned).

I found this service online and have to say I have been very impressed with the overall quality of work from start to finish. I used the team to construct some bespoke cabinetry in my utility room. The guys were friendly and professional, and even stayed an extra day to make sure everything was done properly. I will definitely be using them again.

I needed my PC to be checked and cleaned. It was picked up by delivery service, the guy was alone, so I had to walk him to his car, because he was holding my PC using both hands. He simply put the PC on the passenger seat and fastened the seatbelt. The specialist in WhatsApp later told me that apart from dust cleaning and thermal paste replacement my PC requires replacement of faulty RAM, which altogether will be 550 AED. After I asked for logs that showed RAM failure, it magically started working again and price dropped to 300 AED. Plus, someone was playing Dragon’s Dogma from my Steam account on that day. The return was done by the same delivery service, so, I had to wait for it downstairs. The PC was still dusty, I sent them the picture and said that cleaning is poor. No reaction. Next day I received the payment link. I paid, but wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, looks dodgy and unprofessional.

UPD: I gave my PC to the real specialist, he opened it and showed that it wasn’t even touched inside. All the dust is intact. I texted Atdoor step for refund and they refused to do it. Dear PC owners, please, avoid these guys. I paid for nothing and never got my money back.

Is very very bad company. I have bad experience with this company. There take my washing machine to change the dram and there say is 3 Month guarantee after 3 week the machine make very bad sound. I ca theme after coming there say pump problem.!!!!! Don't trust this company better contact serious company like sharaf dG. This company let you pay even there mistakes.

The WORST service i have EVER received.

I picked this company based on their reviews, DO NOT BE DECEIVED.

I had a phone that needed a camera glass repaire, they told me they “booked” me in for Saturday at 12:30 pm, i reached on time and then was told to wait an hour, after an hour they told me 30 minutes, then i received a whatsapp that they needed my password ( it was totally unnecessary and till now i believe it was a try for a scam ) after i confronted them they told me we dont need it which was very strange, and then they lied about where my phone was, and it took until 4:00 pm to receive my phone, they lied about everything including the PRICE which we had agreed on 350 AED at first and then demanded 400

As a conclusion, i STRONGLY suggest to NEVER EVER use this company

Very disappointing service. The computer technicians took my laptop twice but it wasnt fixed. It was only kept working on battery and then returned . The laptop is non functional as soon as battery was drained. No permanent fixed even after charging a good amount. The person dealing the matter was also very impolite and unprofessional.

Very unprofessional company.
The first time I requested a cleaning service, the cleaners came without valid emirates ID.
The second time I requested the cleaning service, they contact me 5 minutes before the booked timing to inform me that they will come two hours late so we reschedule the appointment and on the next day they repeated the same thing right before the service appointment they inform me they will be late two hours. They arrive late two and a half hours later without the cleaning materials at 22:00 pm To provide the service.
Unprofessional, irresponsible service providers.
