Fresh parts were assembled in front of me and it was working for more than a month now. The repair comes with 1-month service warranty. However, replacement parts do not come with a warranty. Repair + parts costs maybe on a higher side. However considering the correct manufacturer parts were installed we are of the opinion that the repair cost maybe fair and reasonable. We hope to save some on repairing the unit rather than getting a new one. Overall, we are happy that we decided to have the unit repaired by Betterlife team.
I contacted this company, allegedly the official Smeg repair service in the UAE, and the experience was absolutely appalling. After prepaying 50% of the total fee, I had to wait weeks for the repair to be arranged, constantly chasing them to get the work scheduled. When the technician finally arrived, he charged me more than the agreed price for the remaining 50% and insisted on an additional tip.
After raising a complaint with the company and requesting a refund, the technician personally called me, begging me to withdraw the complaint to avoid being fined 50 AED. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will never use their services again. This company is a total scam—avoid at all costs. I have WhatsApp and email screenshots available to back up my claims.
I received a call from the Better Life customer service team regarding the service of my Siemens washing machine. The representative was confident in the quality of the service and interested in hearing about my experience. I appreciate the proactive follow-up and professional approach. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided.
My Interim cooker burner had stopped working three days before the warranty was expiring. I mailed the service centre and they replied promptly. Had a good experience with the service. Technician, Mohammad Ali did an excellent job- he was knowledgable, professional and repaired the parts efficiently.
The worse customer service ever. Its big mistake to take repair service from them. They took my simens laundry 3 times and charged me for 1000 Aed to fix heater its not fix yet. They do not refund your money be carful they charge you in advance and they are not even responsible. And now my laundry is with them for last 3 weeks they can not fix it they and they do not even response my my calls or complains the do not refund my money or even my laundry the worse place to buy or fix things
Very poor response from Siemens service team. They attended to first call and sent technician to check the faulty dryer. Without opening the machine he decided that belt is torn. Requested payment t of AED 200 and advised he will raise request for dryer to be taken to workshop for repair. When asked about estimated repair cost he denied knowing and said quotation will be sent after assessment. Now three days later no show!!!! Have been trying to call for few hours leaving messages to be called back. Finally someone answered my 5th call and after putting me on hold for few minutes she said she still needs time to check and will call back. That was almost an hour back. What a scam. Avoid better life at all costs.

Worst after sales service . Waiting for the last 3 days for a problem with my Seimens cooking range. I bought this from Sharaf they just forwarded to better Life service agencies. Think twice before buying Siemens.
Worst service ever, it´s obvious they only try to charge more and never take a responsibility for all the failiors!
We are struggling to get our fridge fixed after it had a minor problem, it´s hardly working now, gets broken every two to three days, even though they had to take the whole fridge to their warehouse for a week, basically they ruined it!
