“I had an amazing experience with Mr.Amr, from Mussafah branch From the moment I arrived,he is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. They explained the entire process in detail and made sure all my questions were answered. The service on my vehicle was done quickly and efficiently, and they went the full checkup to ensure everything was in perfect condition.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a garage. I took my car to Autotrust in Dubai on the 18th of December, and as of today—weeks later—they still haven’t finished it. They constantly promise (a guy named Sami) that the car will be ready ‘tomorrow,’ but ‘tomorrow’ never comes. Every single promise they make is broken, leaving me frustrated and without my car for an absurdly long time. If you value your time and want reliable service, avoid this place at all costs. Autotrust is anything but trustworthy.

Hi Guys,
Do not ever visit this company from the beginning of the visit itself everything is negative from the service Centre.

Had prepaid coupon final & serviced the vehicle as per their requirement to drop the car one day, unfortunately there are many issues came after this service.

from the day I have taken the car itself the car was not comfortable & it was driven and plan to visit again to show the car.

Unfortunately I was with the family on weekend to Mussafah while driving a noise came we do not know from where the noise coming from, we were panic and late night @ 9 pm went to workshop in Mussafah the technician mentioned immediately that the noise from tire.

Actual issue was one of the front tire was not tightened only 2 bolts are tightened.
Only work the workshop did was changed all the bolt & nuts the vehicle was normal as before.

Late night I can visit the emergency place because this place (autotrust will be closed). Even the technician was talking to the service guy in autotrust - the question he ask how come the vehicle will be running these many days(appr. 400 km driven in 2 weeks time).

WE can't check the tire(nut & bolts) while taking the vehicle from the service center.

Finally simply saying Sorry & they are not ready to investigate or do proper check in this matter.

Because of this if the wheel is out & met with an accident then only they will accept their mistakes it seems.

Filed a complaint with the call center, no reference no phone number tracking no vehicle tracking.. Really Horrible..

Very Genuine experience, no proper response from the Company.

Really this place no quality control, be careful GUYS.

Very bad experience with the insurance repair. Poor communication led to unnecessary additional charges for the customer, Instead of doing a proper repair, they barely patched it up that shows zero professionalism or respect for the customer.

Worst car body shop I have ever used their service! They don’t meet timeline and promise! They repaired the accident damage and made another damage somewhere else!

Worst Experience , Attendees Behave like Goons...
and ONce u have given car they will quote further repair costs for like 4-5 times of normal market rates.
They are over crowded so Better to avoid them, Local technicians are better than this agency
They also take 2-3 days for small works
