Although the technical team is very nice and helpful, the accountant cannot be more mean and unwelcoming than this. While the team promised they will find a way to give me a discount, the accountant insisted that there he has nothing to offer!!! So why shouldn't I rely on Cafu next time, and get the service I want at the comfort of my place, with discounts and offers around the year?

I think it is expensive. There is no company or shop in Dubai that sells auto parts that much expensive. These people are the most expensive. They seem to be selling cheap goods and charge a lot of money.
I just change car front light bulb I pay 58 aed
If Same thinks I go to another shop, it will be charge maximum 20 aed with fixing

I also asked them tire price they say 450 aed
Same tire I fixed 150 aed
Much different in the price

These people are fooling and looting the customers

I try not to leave such reviews but I guess I'm forced to. It's perhaps the 3rd time that I've come across their poor customer service. Staff aren't attentive and will treat you based on your car. In contrast, the other branch in JVC offers better customer service. Please don't ask me to e-mail you the details but if you actually cared, you would have some sort of a supervisor to run the place or at least a CCTV to ensure that customers are being attended to.

Rip off, they use stuff you didn't ask for, they surprise you with the final bill with a lot of extra stuff you didn't ask for with extra charges, then show bad attitude when you try to understand. The receptionist lady is nice. First and Last time to do my service there even though it's on my daily way to work.

The most unprofessional and unctuous service I have experienced in Dubai. I dealt with Roshin from Autopro 7033 who initially charged me double for an oil change on my car. I subsequently informed him on call and WhatsApp that I will get back to him to confirm if I am happy with price (once I liaise with other garages and check price).

After I checked price and informed him that he had overcharged me, he rudely interrupted and said I had agreed to the initial price, when I clearly did not.

I would avoid this garage and get your car service elsewhere.
