Don’t trust this shop. I gave my laptop for repair . They kept the laptop for one week to check but couldn’t fix. Instead of repairing they further destroyed the laptop and changed the keyboard and battery without my permission. They replaced my working keyboard and battery by faulty ones.

Poor Service: I took my MacBook to this shop for cleaning as I spilled some coffee on it a couple of days prior but everything is working perfectly except some key have developed some stains and are becoming a bit sticky (Had to fix this by myself eventually cause they said it’s impossible to remove the key caps and clean it). Anyways I have them the laptop and they said it’ll be ready in an hours, I came back after an hour to pick it up and was told the battery is now not working! They said they’ll investigate the issue and call me back. I get a call from them the next day and they said the battery is faulty and must be replaced (which I think is 100% their fault) and I said no thanks, do not replace the battery I’ll come collect my laptop. I went there the laptop was not in the shop they sent it somewhere else. I said I need my laptop with my battery don’t replace it. They said it’ll be here in an hour. They called me and said it’s ready to collect. I came back to collect my laptop only to find out they replaced my battery without permission and even I told them specifically don’t do it. Their excuse was when they removed my battery it was bent and they can’t put it back. They don’t know how to properly disassemble and reassemble the laptop obviously. Not to mention they did a horrible job at putting the screws back up in their intended place and ended up damaging the top case. If you have a MacBook just take it to the Apple Store even if you’re gonna pay higher. These guys really don’t know what they’re doing.
