After sales service is the worst. First when you take any faulty machine to them which under warranty they will take 30 min to find the phone number of manufacturer or the dealer. Then it will take them another 10 to verify that the phone number is correct. After all that, they took the machine and returned it the same as it was without fixing the problem.

Have everything mostly, but old stocks, you have to be really selective. Most items are old stock. They don't response to your messages either!

I dealt with on-floor staff at APEX most are very good and helpful EXCEPT for the manager/shift supervisor “Imran”. He has an attitude and doesn’t take customers concerns seriously. I will never deal with such an individual again.

I would be glad to give no star rating for poor customer management. Shop is big with lot of hardware items and having zero customer relations. I took a hand shower branded one and while taking, it was told to have 3 years warranty and I specifically asked whether it covers any damage to hose and handle of health faucet. They confirmed yes. Later in 2 months, push lever/handle for health faucet got damaged and they are not ready to take it exchange it. What kind of other damage it can happen for a health faucet. Worst customer service at front desk. I was a usual customer. Now I won't recommend anyone

They are also offering delivery service upon request. They have a huge collection of of tools for different purposes in different categories.

Today I came for the first time. We had given a welding machine and it has not been repaired yet. I met Mr. Habib and he was very helpful. He also showed me two good flashlights which I liked and bought them too. Mr. Habib is a very good person.

Worst shop to visit huge but they don’t need customer I waited 10 min no one came to attend all staff are thinking other will attend 5 staff standing but no one interested in attending customer
