Be careful with this workshop if you don't know anything about cars even if you're already a loyal customer. They don't value that especially the manager Ameen. Their only concern is how to get the most money from you.

Make sure you know the real price of the spare parts they are suggesting or else they will charge you 3x the normal price.

Like the new engine oil cooler & thermostat that they said my car needs AGAIN even though they just replaced it 3 MONTHS AGO ONLY (this just shows the quality of their work). They can't also provide you with the receipts from the parts dealer where they got the parts.

Their labor charge is not cheap also. So.. better think twice or 10x before having these people lay a hand on your car or you'll have a major burn in your pocket.

I recently visited CarLab for my car’s routine maintenance, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received. Staffs were courteous, professionals, and kept me informed throughout the process. Workmanship were top notch, they identified a problem and fixed it which could have caused problems down the road. And guided me, to how to maintain the vehicle which has to be appreciated. The prices were competitive and quality of work exceeded my expectations.. I repaired and serviced my car for huge amount. Within 3 days my car engine and system completely dead due to poor workmanship. I replaced my cooling system as per their advice and the cost was totally not acceptable and eventhough I agreed for the amount which was 3 times higher than initial estimated repair cost. Due to poor workmanship and un reliable technicians they did poor work which resulted in damaging my entire car which resulted in loosing my engine. When went for follow up was having rude behaviour which damaged the morality of entire business and shop reputation. So whoever likes to take care of their car better stay away from Carlab.Happy Motoring.

First, their technicians and supervisors lack proper knowledge. Instead of diagnosing the issue correctly, they simply suggest replacing the entire device as a solution.

Secondly, I took my FJ Cruiser to them, and the mechanics had no idea how the FJ’s off-road system works. They ended up changing parts that were completely unnecessary, making the situation worse.

On top of that, their service prices are much higher compared to other shops. This review is based on two bad experiences, so I strongly recommend choosing a well-reviewed service center instead.

One of the worst workshops I have experienced in my life! Irresponsible, non technical and rude behavior staff! Not recommended, staff play blame game when asked for answer! Pathetic service….

Professional repair shop, they did excellent job to repair the hydraulic wing for my 2009 911 Turbo, headlight restoration and excellent Car polish with reasonable price.

Very bad experience, spent 7000 dirham for coolant leakage repair but problem not resolved, further their technician mixed water in engine while working and then whole engine got scrapped for Audi Q7
