Do not waste time with them; they will charge you a lot for nothing. The people here act as if they are professional and experienced, but they are not. It will take them weeks to try to fix the problem, and they won’t be able to fix it. If anything, they might make the situation worse.

I am doing general cleaning of my room AC usually after certain time period by different companies. This time I tried Annex General Maintenance. Thumbs up to their team. They really did a great job. As per my experience best company until now. Prominent difference in cooling after the service.

I am so shocked that this company has a 5 star rating. My only theory is that they remove all the terrible reviews. To install 2 light fixtures took almost 3 hours! And to make things worse, they didn't even complete the job because they didn't know how to. AED 175 for a job unfinished with unprofessional workers who showed up with no ladder and no drill, only to waste almost 35 minutes to go and get it from their car- which was parked God knows where. When the workers first came, I had asked them to check if the light bulbs I had fit the light fixture - on 3 different occasions. Needless to say he didn't. Had he told me that it didn't fit, I would have ordered new ones that would have come in those 3 hours. When I spoke to the person in charge, his response was that this was a "fancy and heavy weight light which requires more time". Mind you, it's a simple design by West Elm. Not some crystal chandelier that a lot of homes have. To be fair, he was very apologetic over texts, but you should not offer services in which your workers are inexperienced at. Quite disappointed to say the least.
Response: There was nothing fixed. I did not negotiate the price down. The initial conversation was the the cost was for AED 250 not AED 400 as you claim. I thanked him for his time and told him that this was too expensive in which he responded and said that the fee was high because his workers were going to come on a weekend. I then told him that I did not want them to come during the weekend and that I wanted the installation to happen on Monday- which is today. He then gave me a revised quote for AED 175 which i agreed to.
As for your claim that the issue has been fixed - it has not. There are no light bulbs and the workers specifically mentioned that they do not know how to install the glass that covers the lightbulb. So as I've mentioned, the job has not been completed..
Kindly check back with your team, as everything is documented in texts. including pictures of the unfinished job. I do not write bad reviews just for the sake of it. I am giving my honest opinion for the job your team has provided.

One of the worst costumer services I have ever seen. This company will not visit you unless you pay them and you can only pay them online and the reason they give for this is ridiculous

They provides thorough AC maintenance. They cleaned filters and checked outdoor gas at no extra charge. My AC has never worked better!
