Concluded my busy with them lately, the workmanship and products are not to be commended about but the attitude of the manager is absolutely horrendous. As a paying customer I least expected to be greeted and spoken to with respect. Don’t get me wrong noting bad happened but the experience was very transactional and cold.
I received the best price in all of Dubai and top quality service. I had 2 tires changed because of a screw in my tire. They gave me an option for more affordable tires which I like. They are quality tires for a fair price. Not overly expensive like most tires. I also bought quality gloves here. I’m happy with the price and service and speed. Thank you. I’ll be back. It was a great experience yesterday. I think I have to say it was an outstanding. Warm welcome, great place where you can find all what you need for the motorcycles world and fans. I Kano the place since almost 8 years and this is my second visit and I must say that you need to pass by if you need to buy all kinds of safety and most of the accessories. Thank Mohamed the outlets manager for Al Khubaizi. He went miles out of his normal job and he even gave a lift to the hotel which was really a nice gesture as we left the showroom late after buying some stuff. Thank you again for everything and will come back again.
Overly priced. Sales man mohammed doesn't understand anything just want to talk and not listen. And whatever they do even if its bad they say its the best. Bad experience not recommended. Worst experience. Goto moto hub instead its way better and professionals. Not money eaters like them.
Unfortunately, my experience was bad, as I dealt with a person called Muhammad, who is Egyptian. He responds quickly and he does not understand the customer’s request before responding. All his responses are negative and uncooperative
