Nothing but only regrets.. Wish the working staffs would treat the buyers properly rather than showing off like they are doing some charity support.. We do pay for the used products , not getting it for free . Workers question our technical expertise and just blatantly say that we don't understand the servers rather than fixing or replacing the broken parts. After trying several times to explain to one of the workers about the part change, I gave up. The worker was trying to prove that he knows a lot and was not accepting my suggestion.. I had to visit their location 4 times and request part change each time. Eventually, I bought the said part from another shop and added it. It fixed all the Issues.. It's hard to understand why some people do not understand that count in the years of experience doesn't equate to knowledge..
One of the worst staff i have ever met in this shop. No manners and behaviour like illiterate animals. not recommended at all. there much more batter laptop repair shops then this pathetic shop and staff
