I am French people this is my first time experience a bad company in Dubai I told them to fix my ac but they break more parts of it and now I can even use my ac I can’t believe this kind of company exists in Dubai very disappointing

They will say you cheap price, but they will come and create a bigger issue and then they will not come back and fix it. They will just take your money and put you in a bigger problem And these guys are scammers and please never ever contact these guys Be a bit extra but don’t work with these guys. I have this issue with my AC and since last three days I am calling him and he’s not picking up my call but if I call him from a different number, he will say he will come, but he will never show up. I went to the police station today And I raised a complaint against them, but still no response from them

Its your job as a customer to find the person who received your item and if they are not in store, traveling, pass on to another world, or if you don’t take the name of the person and his number, be ready to donTe your appliance to them. Again, the worst place and service.
