As my experience, they are not helpful also tried to call them many times but no respond, after they sold laptops be careful and check the item because they will not refund money to you or exchange they only want to fixed it for you. I whatsapp up them they are aways busy. I DON’T RECOMMEND them, other shops dealing better than them. moreover, other shops if there is any issues they can refund the money or exchange with another item.
If i can give them less than one star i will do. They don’t deserve one star. 👎🏻 ( That’s regarding my experience with them, specially that they are not answering to my call and they whatsapp me that they are busy)
Hi everyone, I ordered a used e-scooter from Al Mubdie Elect Devices and Bicycles Tr. LLC. They were delayed by 3 days but delivered the best scooter. I'm very happy with their team and I definitely recommend them.
I bought Jetson haze and the ebike is freaking amazing 😍 I was only worrying about the battery but I'm really satisfied with the battery so far🔋 I do use only electric for now though the paddles also works best with no hustle😄 and the battery last longer after work trip I still ride it around so many areas and still comes back with minimum of 2 out of 4 battery ticks Note; my work place alone in and out is 14km and riding around sometimes last 18 to 19km all without paddle. Best for commutes. Thank you seller.

The place has friendly people to help you find good bikes and E-scooters. I was able to get the bike for myself and my son. The people in the shop are very kind and ready to serve you what ever you may need. You can always visit their store to find the bikes that you need.
The transaction is fast and easy, the delivery was quick as well. The bike is really awesome and brand new! The seller is really nice and kind! Highly recommended folks! They are the best!
They are a fraudulent company and they swindle money and do not recognize the warranty. They are literally fraudulent. I bought from their store a battery for my bicycle that I bought from their store. They gave me a used battery, not a new one. I do not recommend this company. They are fraudulent.
They wasted my time! They told me they will deliver today. But suddenly said that they are out of stock! At first they are the one told me that too much stock came and take scooter with them instead of other shop!
this shop is very good ... i purchase 1 jetson last 3 years ago and till now im using it... no problem with my bike if i have question just 1 chat from mr akram he will answer direct instant .. he will accomodate me and explain teach me how to fix the problem...today i purchased again new jetson bike ... again .. more power in your business and keep it up ...
