AlMaali Genuine service center in Sharjah. 100% recommend. Last time I gave my washer to other person for repair he said drum problem and they replaced with 6 months agreed warranty but after a couple of days same issue came I called them he said they will come and check but never came. I went at his location that time I didn't find any shop related that. I got that person from Google search. Mostly freelancer technician make website and business location but they are not genuine. I will suggest only go ahead with your appliances repair with genuine one who have workshop and licence. AlMaali team collected my washer from my house and replaced drum, Now 6 months passed still working fine. Surely I am very satisfied with them and always I will choose AlMaali company related any repairs.

Extremely unhappy! As , i gave them my washing machine to repair , these people xhange the orignal parts actually they took out orignal drum of my front liad machine and installed smaller drum that was in really bad condition.
We called them and asked them to fix our original one back, person whom we contacted send us pictures of our original parts and promised to fix it baxk. But, again they installed very low quality drum in it.
Moreover, my machine is not drying clothes properly and make too much noise and cibration .
These people have ruinnedmy washing machine

I send my washing machine for normal service in working condition and the manager named intekhab promised me to deliver it on the same day however it has been 3 days i have not received it back. when i called to Mr Intekhab he said there is a problem with the machine and it is not working .The guy does not even inform me and when i called him he is informing me about the fuse problem in the machine. what i know they do not know how to work and they are not professional . it was a super general washing machine and was 3 years old with light usage as we use the machine once a week for two person only.
The guy is not sharing the owner number since i want to speak to the owner and inform him about the experience i had with his staff.

i will never use there services and also i m sharing my experience with the people so that no one else go though this experience.
Trust me they do not know how to work on good brands washing machine

I had a problem with Washing machine and my cousin suggest me to go to al maali so i am very satisfied with their service and management have excellent communication with customer. Now my washing machine is working fine surely i will recommended 100%.

I have been dealing with Al Maali for the past 3 years & each time, I have had a highly satisfactory experience with the repair of my washing machine & dryer. I sincerely thank Mr. Azam for his extra effort in quickly repairing my dryer before our travel date. He is an honest, helpful & very efficient individual I also extend my appreciation to the expert technical team, as well as Mr. Irfan and Mr. Abdulla from the transport team, for their excellent service.

Recently, I had three ACs cleaned by these people. I had already informed them about the cooling issue with one of the ACs. Despite cleaning all three they took money ,they didn't address the cooling problem and, in fact, caused water leakage in the same AC.They promised to come and fix it tomorrow, but so far, they haven't done anything. So, I’m recommending you guys not to get any work done by this company.This is the worst company I’ve ever seen in my life.

The worst company and the worst experience !! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I gave my washing to be fixed, the technician said the issue is with the motherboard and gave a high price to fix, but the issue was with the door lock only and wanted to charge the same price (claiming and I quote "the technician doesn't know the work")
After I agreed to that just because I needed it urgently, I asked several times to assure that the part is "New" and "Original" and he confirmed.

After many false promises and postponing the delivery several times, I received the washing machine with a used and 3rd party spare part and want to charge a new part's price!

Am sharing my experience so that no one else goes through these lies and false promises again. If I could rate 0 stars I would, because they don't deserve a star rating in any standards.

Ps. They delivered it with a cocaroch in it 🙂

This is the second time I am writing review for this company. The first time I wrote, they begged me to remove it making fake
temporary promises. And after I removed they are showing their true colors. Mayb coz they have added some fake 5 star reviews. They ruined my panasonic washing machine. Seems they removed the original parts and replaced with faulty ones. I had complained of some leakage that was in the pipe which could hav been fixed in my home. They insisted that they carry the machine and get it checked. Since they returned the machine once drain not working, once panel was dead, once pump is gone, and the person Aazam is not answering my number. When I called from another number he answered and made stories. It has been more than a month now and no one has fixed it. I dont have any hope from them any more. I already bought another machine today but I wanted to was not to commit the same mistake. Pls dont give your original machines in their hands. They will ruin it. Better pay a lil more and call the company professionals.

We gave this motor to Al maali to repair ..they did good job in very reasonable price. We are very happy with Al maali. Best motor repair and pump repair in Sharjah
