I had a terrible experience at this workshop. At the beginning I had to had my bumper repaired and polishing was part of the deal. After 5 days I came and they still did not polish the bumper even though it takes an hour to do but they didn’t do it for some reason. After a week I came to polish the bumper and they told me it takes 2 hours. I came after 4 hours and they still didn’t finish the work. They have zero respect for time—what was supposed to take couple of hours and it still took much longer than expected with no proper updates. Even after the long wait, the job was poorly done, and I had to go back to fix issues they should have handled the first time. To make matters worse, after polishing my car, they refused to wash it, saying that polishing does not include washing, even though there was polishing powder all over the car which they are responsible for removing it. The staff is unprofessional, and their lack of organization makes the whole process frustrating. If you value your time and want your car repaired properly, avoid this place.
I recently had my car repaired and worked with Mr. Mohammed from Sukoon Insurance. He was exceptionally helpful throughout the process, ensuring the repairs were handled efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend
I took insurance from sokoon ,they offer 12 car wash. But cash wash appointment will get the slot after 2 month in sharjah, as I am residing in sharjah. This is absolutely not acceptable. Only for car wash it will took 20 mnt . I have to wait 2 month waiting period. Please rethink before taking sukoon insurance along with car wash facility
I visited AG cars with lots of hope by reading good experience through google review but my experience was really horrible and very disappointed. Did comprehensive service which was good..
But after the service i have been chasing for estimate and explanation for the issues in the car but i didnt get a clear answer. Service advisors doesnt know the details of mechanics. However somehow i managed to speak to Sagar who was very helpful
But its been almost an month im still chasing for the estimate and clarity
Tried with jinz and then went to JP who said he would help but he hasnt as well. Then seeing the google reviews i went to the lady who promised that she will assist but i still havent got the estimate until now. Another friend also experienced the same. A good infrastructure and facilities but not a good team to manage. I have informed my friend who works in the headoffice as well regarding this.
I do not like writing bad review but this needs to be addressed so that this good company is not spoiled by people in the front
My car had an accident on 22nd of the month of 2024 after which I emailed the insurance person and told them that I have to get it fixed at AG car garage when I went to show the car. So this A G garage they sent me an email and written their that we will pay. They said that you should enter your account number in it. I will give you 400 dirhams. You should fix the car from outside, which is a full insurance car, after I did not agree. I told them that you guys should fix the car, then they told me that we will repair the same bumper which was not being fixed. They were giving the same bumper after fixing it, which I wrote to them that they will change it and give it to me. My car is fully insured. After that, they told me that it is fine. I wrote it and gave it in four days. Later, when I visited the garage, they were making a pair of the same bumper, which I caught stealing, of which I took pictures, so they know that they will email it and forward it. If you want, they have said that we will prepare the car for you quickly, take the car and later we will order bumper and bumper spoiler for you. When he told me that you are readying the car quickly, take it, sign it, we will order new bumpers and spoilers for you, which I did not accept. After seeing the mails, I forwarded it to the seniors, and then they gave me a new bumper and a broken spoiler , which was not acceptable, after which they gave me a new one with great difficulty. Then after that they painted the bumper and also painted the sensors of the rear bumper of the car which is a very sensitive thing in the car. After that they completely cleaned the sensor of the car and repainted it and fitted it, which after looking at it again, I noticed that there were scratches on the bumper that was parked next to them and the car. Total since October 22nd they have returned the car to me today on which i email them that i am unsatisfied. After that they have also told me that we are not taking any responsibility for your car and we will park your car in the sandy area as we don't have any parking space is Fida which is egyption and one is JP and avinash which is from India these guys are talking rude with customers. And meanwhile they have also told me that we are not getting used parts which I have found in Saja Sharjah Industrial Area then I have shared them the location as well as the visiting card and pictures of the vehicle there. I said, go and get it from here, after which they have checked it on their way there.

One of my cars has free service package from the dealership. Shiji was helpful and informative regarding the services. For vehicle servicing I can vouch this place is good
Sadly bad experience, nothing to do with company but staff, service advisor has very very disappointingly bad. Didn't do any work which I wanted to be done. Instead he was giving excuses.
But customer care service team very concerned about their customer. Star for ‘em
