Excellent job done on the car. I came with my MERCEDES CLS350. Great people as the staff was very friendly and cooperative. The place is easily accessible and they provided me with pick and drop service for me and my car which was cleaned and delivered to my doorstep in Dubai. The service is good. I did a test for the Id4 car which cost me aed250. It took like 1 hour & then I got the report. They have option for minor & major service for electric cars.
Today I took my car to Al Khaja workshop. As usual was extremely perfect with the service. The staff was friendly, professional, and transparent about the repairs needed. The technicians were skilled, and my car is running better than ever. The pricing was fair, and I felt I received excellent value. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for reliable car care! Worst more than worse garage ive been to in my life, most worst in customer service. They only talk about Money Money and make drama and pretend they are super master but in reality they don’t know anything. Recently, I had given my car for suspension level and they changed shock absorber in the car but car still has the same issue lower on one side even noise and rear broken shock. I complained many times an I had visited three times to them all they are asking is only money, despite I did my payment an issue was there I complained but they never bothered to resolve a respond. They do very unprofessional work, here I will share you all my car picture including videos. How they had ruined up my car while changing parts. Especially, Ali has no ethics how to talk with customers, he will make you feel like he’s doing all things and he knows everything but in reality he is doing nothing and don’t know anything. They don’t deserve any star
