I have encountered how bad the service system after 5 years my car suddenly got an engine issue which was weird as the regular and major maintenance was done by Alkindi every time, I expected that they were really checking the car well but unfortunately it was not done well as they only re-fill the engine oil and do basic computer check and replace the AC filter, I had high expectations from their service but actually when the car suddenly failed which i was not expecting to happen at all as the every maintenance / repair were done by them and even sometimes If I noticed something wrong immediately i will send the car for up and down from interior to exterior check up even if any of the needs a replacement it was done by them, but unfortunately the response everything is fine and the car is checked well and minor alignment is done, when my car failed recently i took it to the Alkindi repair place and let them check the car and they told me they need to open the engine as there is nothing wrong outside and the computer check showing it’s from inside the engine, But before I proceed with what they said I checked my car with alternative place and the damages were major and was not noticed by Alkindi mechanic at all,
- Bad / incomplete service lead to engine issues that can be prevented if the service were done properly .

I was excellently welcomed by Mr Mohamed and the car was tested thoroughly and a very detailed report was sent to me. Even though the car is more than 20 years old but was treated equally. Thanks to the team and the receptionist
Its very bad luck , that i chose this car from this company, when you buy new car , they will surprise you with full insurance for life time, but suddenly later you will found that nothing covered in that insurance, you will buy for everything. After free service completed, they will inform you bulk of things to be replaced you need to pay for it. I dont recommend to buy from or get service .

Unfortunately, they are the only dealer for GM motors in the East Coast. Personally, very bad experience.
With my experience with the service center is bad and there is no parts and my car now is in the service center 1 month and half and every time I call I see no reply .
