contacted them to fix refrigerator. They do not have any idea to fix . they told they fixed it and charged 180Aed and they made my flat dirty. my Refrigerator gone in 2 days. I called them charged my 20aed for nothing. again fridge gone in 3 days. They do not have any information or expertise about refrigerator at least.
Excellent service. They came within 10 minutes and fixed the water leak issue of my refrigerator quickly. Highly recommended

Aso he threatened me that he will do something … even the original company doesn’t charge this much. It’s half the fridge price… Don’t get amazed by they are quick at the end they will use generic parts 15 Dhs and charge you like New York 🗽

These are the worst guys I ever met. They are very non professional, ill mannered, and toxic people. They don’t know how to deal with their client. They repaired my washing machine and took money to change the drum and assured me in writing that it will work for 2-3 years but I don’t know whether they changed the drum with new or old ones. My machine is having again the same problem with in a month.
I called them to fix it but they refused even to come and see what is the problem. They are not responding to my messages and when they attended my call after many attempts, they said that , this assurance was given by their some other partner who is on vacation and I should speak with him when he’s back. After one month of my talk , I am sending them messages again and again at least to check the machine but they are not bothering to call back or check the machine.
Don’t believe on their ratings because I trapped with it . They are posting fake ratings with multiple fake accounts giving themselves 5 stars while I fact they even don’t deserve one star.
If you see their ratings they only put “copy and paste “ the same comments in majority of their their ratings . They are trying to bring their ratings good to capture more customers and earn money with their non professional means.
They came by and offered great service, were quick and efficient, I would definitely recommend.
They ruined our washing machine and still ask for money. Consumer rights department will take care of them. Unbelievable. Very bad.
