A group of unprofessional individuals yelling at customers over the phone shows a complete lack of respect. This behavior is unacceptable. I will be reaching out to the Sharjah Municipality and, if necessary, involving the police.
Bad experience. Looting and scammiest garage. For example - doing work for aed 500 but submitting insurance a work for aed 1500...i want RAK insurance shud read this comment.
I had a very disappointing experience at this service center after my car met with an accident. The manager, an elderly old man, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, he made it clear that his priority was the insurance company, not the car owners, and he treated me with complete disregard. I was expecting clear communication about the repair process, but instead, I was told, "We will call you when we are free," and he refused to give any details about when my car could be repaired or when it would be ready. Additionally, they wouldn’t even allow me to drop off my car at the service center, which added to my frustration. I understand the process involves insurance, but this kind of behavior and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service center to anyone based on my experience. Please nobody should go to this service center,they are extremely unprofessional and there standard of repair also very unethical
I had a very disappointing experience. I brought my vehicle in and unfortunately, the service was not up to standards. Despite assurances that the issue would be resolved it was never resolved and to make matters worse, the staff was not professional at all. I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and my time and money were not respected. I would not recommend this shop, and I will be looking elsewhere for future repairs
If there is an option to choose zero rating or below I would go for it, the worst experience ever. My car met with an accident and RAK isnurance alloted me this garage which was the biggest dissapointment ever. My side doors were scratched by the accident and these people did horrible work. The paint is completly different from the original not even match with other areas. I had noticed and inform them, and they behaved like you may have problem with your eyes. Even a child can point out the difference both doors colour are mismatching. I hope insurance people would go through this comment and they will aware of these scammers in future
