Good communication, cleaning is done as agreed upon. I like the job service reports with before and after pictures. My AC is running and cooling so much better after the deep clean and fixing the cooling issues. Take into consideration the deep cleaning takes time. So dependable how big your apartment/house is it could take a day. Easy invoice payment options. I would surely recommend the Abu Dhabi team.

Good job on the spot, but two stars because they are an organizational mess. I had them as professional but they behaved quite the opposite way. First of all they ask for the payment in advance (which is fine). After paying, they tell me their first available appointment is in two weeks. And once the two weeks pass, I have to contact them to confirm if they are coming or not and guess what... they did not purchase the parts yet and had to go on the same day to get them, having to reschedule the appointment on the same day. Yeah, they fixed the issue as requested but it was a pretty straightforward job (replacement of an actuator) that somehow took 2-3 weeks to get done for a quite expensive price.

I had these guys to my home and they had no idea what they were doing. Their trouble shooting involves replacing each part until they fix the problem. They are not experts.

I have been using Air Rite for the past four years, and I can vouch for the quality of their service. They are a young, energetic group of people who understand air conditioning systems. Their fault-finding procedures are exceptional, and the standard of their reporting and feedback system is excellent. Best team in Dubai for air conditioners.

Impossible to book an appointment, been chasing them for more than a week, they just stop replying. Very disappointing experience.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in Dubai. They came, pretended to do the job despite they didn’t (at least not the duct cleaning). After probing, as I have done duct cleaning in my house before and that’s not how it looks like, they disclosed they didn’t do it because some technical details (again, I have done duct cleaning on that house before with other companies without any problem).

Moreover, they scratched newly installed tiles in 2 bathrooms, they didn’t cover any surface, affecting the floors and dirty the newly installed grouting. We have now to redo 2 bathrooms because of their terrible job.

The team that attended us on the phone, although understanding the situation, has not provided any solution and was only focused on charging for the job (poorly) done more than fixing the problem they caused.

Repetitive email offer. Really dissapointed! You should not send all spam emails, calling your customer who doesn't want to service their AC. If your customer want to service their AC, they will call you. Not vice versa. This is not a proper way to approach your customer. AC cleaning is not the only thing we think about in our life. Please do respect your customer or your customer will leave you, Air Rite.

Very efficient booking system and excellent service. Air Rite have a simple but effective offer and they deliver. The team were friendly and considerate, causing minimal disruption, and have done an excellent job on a neglected aircon system.
