I recently had my car repaired through insurance, and the entire experience was excellent. The customer service and quality of work were top-notch. Akhil, the supervisor, was especially helpful, promptly addressing all my queries over WhatsApp without any delays. I highly recommend this place for any body repairs!
I visited this garage for a couple of services and wanted to share my UNPLEASANT experience. During my first visit for a routine check-up and oil change, I noticed afterward that my charging cable was accidentally stuck beneath the gearbox after their work.
On another visit, I was concerned about my car potentially overheating, as my model doesn’t have a temperature gauge and only displays a warning sign when the engine overheats. I also noticed a smell similar to burning rubber. The garage assessed the issue and advised replacing the entire radiator fan assembly, quoting an additional 500 AED for the part for their own benefit. They suggested that the fan and motor were not functioning.
However, I decided to buy the part myself and later had it inspected by another mechanic after replacing it. The second mechanic confirmed that the old fan and motor were functioning correctly, and that no replacement had been necessary.
Based on my experience, I recommend verifying suggested repairs and seeking a second opinion to ensure accurate assessments.
So... to sum things up they will ask for parts and add charges to it higher than market price and change things that do not need to be changed just for service money.

My friend gave them the car for changing glass and bumper fixing. They took more than a week to fix all this. They havent fitted the glass properly, gap is visible at the edges. Bumper washer came off in one day. After repeated calls, they asked him to go back to fix all this. They cut washer manually but still the gap is visible. He then had to call them again but this time the guy was rude. He said he can do whatever he wants and theres nothing more he can do. Basically asked him to get lost without saying it. Totally dissatisfied. One was insurance repair and the other from friend's pocket, dhs 950. All gone down the drain. Horrible service. Incomplete work. They damaged his fog light also in the process.
Outstanding workmanship, the paint job is seamless, the mechanic and the paint-master who had their hands on my CRV are very skillful. The OEM replacements are great. Mr Akhil knows what's his doing, he's a professional guy, easy to deal with and a very approachable and a trusth-worthy person and he's a man of his word. overall spent time with them is less than 10 minutes.. that's a kind of steadfast ability of a business deal. Salute to you guys.
Please avoid them at any cost and save your time and money.
We had our car for a small bumper repair there for 2 weeks and after fixing it they invoiced us a cost thats 4 times the outside garages.
They never gave us a initial quote to approve it and their management said this is how things are done in their business.

came back to supervisor to seek the professional assistance but disappointed on his behaviour. instead of investigating the issue he was only blaming me that car battery is weak. when i showed him battery condition plus warranty card than he jumped to another point that there is no fuel in the car that’s why not starting. when i handed over that time fuel range was 70Km.
Extreme of carelessness is here when they left my car engine running while in the park far away from the garage.
when fuel ended car switch was still on due to that battery drained.
instead of accepting their staff mistake Mr. Vijesh was just blaming to me & my car.

The most unprofessional & unorganized staff, they don't answer calls, the mobile number provided is not with the actual person, some other colleagues pick up the phone.
I gave my car for accident repair to this workshop as per my insurance company.
After keeping my car for 10 days, they said they didn't receive any approval yet. Once that was sorted they kept my car again for 15 days and finally called me to come and collect the car. I went to collect the car even 3 days later and requested them to make sure it's a good job, and to keep the paperwork ready, so that I can come and collect my car without spending extra time.
On the day I was going to collect my car, I called them 2 times to make sure if they need anything from me, their timings, and to confirm if the work was done well. But despite all this,when I reached there, after keeping me waiting for 30 minutes, one team member takes me to view the car and informed me that the car is not yet ready.
They have made me chase them like a maniac, insulted my patience, and wasted my time.
