*EXTREMELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE* *DELAYED PROCESS* *LONG WAITING HOURS TO CLAIM THE VEHICLE* *SERVICES TO BE DONE NOT EXECUTED PROFESSIONALLY* We have 6 new Toyota cars, and I bring them one by one for scheduled service accordingly. But the customer service I get is always the worst, and not just once, but on every visit. I recently visited to service a Toyota Fortuner, as I received a call that the light part which was damaged in an accident was available. I left the car for 5 long days, safe to say more than a week to be precise for a complete service and to change the light accordingly. After these 5 working days, when I visited to collect the car, they made me wait for more than 1 HOUR only for me to find out that the light has not been changed. I left the car for another day to get the light changed and when I showed up at the showroom the next day, they again made me wait for almost an HOUR. I mean honestly, they should get the agents to understand the process and carryout the necessary paperwork done in a timely manner. Of course, due to this, I will not recommend anyone in my family and friends circle to get a Toyota vehicle and will try to never recommend to get any services done at this service center specifically. Toyota is a very big brand to be represented by the agents. The HR and Quality Department should invest in professional trainings for the employees to ensure high-class quality and efficient customer service.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from your company. Life has to be easier, especially when a big company like yours should have the resources to offer seamless customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. For days, no one has picked up the phone, leaving me stranded without any assistance. When I finally managed to schedule an appointment, the waiting time to hand over my car was several hours—completely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the service contract cost me 6000 AED for such poor service. I was considering renewing my contract, but after this experience, I have decided against it. Furthermore, I will no longer consider Toyota for any future car purchases and will advise others to avoid your services as well. Your company needs to make significant improvements to meet basic customer service standards. Until then, you have lost a loyal customer.

Toyota Al Futtaim Service and Parts Fujairah I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Toyota Al Futtaim. My recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare. 1. **Poor Service Quality:** The overall service was subpar and did not meet the expectations one would have from a reputed brand like Toyota. Basic service protocols were not followed, and the attention to detail was severely lacking. 2. **Missing Spare Parts:** To make matters worse, I discovered that some of the spare parts from my vehicle were missing after the service. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity and trustworthiness of the service center. I trusted Toyota Al Futtaim with my vehicle, expecting reliable and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. I urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that no other customers have to go through such an ordeal. *Highly not recommending to service from this service station*
