Gave my Macbook pro broken for screen replacement and hinges repair. They fixed it very neatly. Not to miss, their staff are very humble.

I am waiting since 1 week for my laptop collection for repair. I am worried now about there service , what will happen after collection
Very poor service, I handed my laptop them and they were certain that they could fix it, after 2 weeks I had been notified the wrong part was ordered despite being told that everything was fine. A further 2 weeks then I am eventually told that they are unable to fix laptop. I have rang them over the space of 4 weeks to get them to inform me what is happening and now I have to pay 50dhs to get it delivered back! Very poor service from the start and poor communication. Would have been better if they were honest and said they could not fix in the first place. Now has been over 2 months without laptop.
