Found about this company from my community group and honestly they were hassle free and honest from the start about my washing machine’s issues. Have an Indesit washing machine whose drum broke as I overloaded, this was a more technical task as the drum is not easily available. The team inspected and informed us about the time frame and Original drum would be used. The turnaround time was 2 working days. They bought back the machine fully wrapped to protect it from getting scratched, fully cleaned and sanitized. Overall a very smooth & efficient experience. Thank fully my washing machine is fully functional and I can wash the loads of laundry collected. Highly recommend and there price quotation is super economical!

I called this company to fix my Air condition . They claimed that the problem was in a contactor. They replaced it and the 2nd day the air condition worked very poorly and we were sweating . I informed the manager to send his team again but they never showed up. I don't like that . Its either you stand with your customer honestly and sincerely to solve his problem or you are just targeting easy money. Really disappointed !!!!

Added Note : I informed Mr. Amir ( the manager ) through WhatsApp 12 days ago and asked him to send his team again , and he confirmed (ok) but he never sent . Check conversation in the attached screenshot

If WhatsApp is not approved as he claims, then why did he send his team the first time when I contacted him through WhatsApp!!!!!! Funny.

I called this service to fix my AC, and I will give them -5.
1- They are very expensive.
2- I don't know why you always bring 3 people to fix the AC. This is weird..!! I understand 2 technicians ok but three and the third one is not doing anything.
3- This part in my AC attached in the picture was working fine, the technician connected wrong wires in the AC unit on the roof and an electric short circuit happened there, and he made me pay for this part.
4- The technician he didn't study anything about AC repair, they just hired him from his country and told him this is an AC fix it. He stayed more than 3 hours to repair what he did wrong as I mentioned above.

I recently took my two table fans for repair, and I'm extremely pleased with their service! They were able to diagnose and fix both fans quickly, saving me the cost of buying new ones. Never use these guys for any pool repairs. They came to repair a pool with a damaged heater/cooler unit. They repaired one of two pumps and told me to keep it on so the heater/cooler works. 6 months later the breaker starts tripping, they claim that the pump motor which they fixed broke again and needs to be repaired.

Of course they charged me another 150dhs just to tell me that their repair doesn't last 6 months. I take the pump to someone else and it turns out everything is okay.

The issue was they ripped out the Astralpool control module in the cooler unit and placed an all purpose subzero thermostat made for fridges and aquariums, which ended up destroying the unit and left me with a 3.5k bill.

Highly unrecommended and unprofessional.

They are amazing and did a great job on a timely manner. They are very professionals and not even pricey. They just asked the exact amount for the service they did. Highly recommended.

They failed to repair my LG fridge twice over two months, charging me over 1000 AED. When it failed again a third time, they said they would come to investigate. But they never contacted me again.

Why all these good reviews on Google? After both "repairs" they urged me to immediately post a positive review on Google, both verbally when they were leaving my house and then again by Whatsapp afterwards. That seemed suspicious at the time, I'm glad I didn't.

If you have any doubts, go to their "workshop" in International City, it's very small space, no bigger than a bedroom, not a proper setting for working with large appliances.

From the start I told them I don't want to pay more than 1,000 dirhams to repair this older LG model. I would rather buy something new under warranty. No problem, they said, first repair was 700 AED. Six weeks later, fridge stops working. They find another problem, supposedly. That's 400 AED. Now I've spent more than my original limit and they won't return my calls.

They know how to game the Google review system. Fixing appliances? Not so much.

Would not recommend. They promise one thing and then try to sell you something else, bait and switch style
Edit: yes, I've double checked. I paid you 150 AED for a filter replacement and then you talked me into getting a full cleaning package. When we couldn't figure out a time that would work for both of us, I didn't get a refund nor the filter we agreed upon at first
