Friendly and good job
My car was not getting start, with the help of RAK insurance service for recovery I took the car here. They mis guided saying the fuse block having problem it required 1000 AED , some how we have managed and fixed it with some part of costing 100 AED and service cost 80 AED. In total 180 AED, also asked me to handover duplicate key of car. I have handed over next day morning. By evening car was ready and I asked them about whether you fixed the remote control as it was not working prior to the fault. They said it's another issue it may cost another AED 300.00i & I replied will back by next week. Also advised me do not use old key use only duplicate key. I just returned to key maker shop and asked him there was a issue in this key could u please rectify handed over both the keys. He said in one key there is no battery (duplicate one) and he has installed it my remote operated central lock has started working, for another key he told the programmed chip is missing this needs to be replace in both keys and re program it. I asked the cost then he said it's AED 50 and battery cost AED 10. Finally I did it with AED 60. Where as this guy proposed AED 300. I am ready to pay their service charge but they cheated me. *Not trust worthy*
