Very rude people I arrive 10.55am in line number 2 ..there was 2 cars already waiting and line 3 ...6 to 7 cars suddenly 1 inspection guy came he said remove ur car I asked to him why he said I will transfer 2 cars from line 3. I said they are already in line, so why do I have to remove my car his behaviour is very toxic and he said remove ur car from here otherwise I will ask to the token guy he will not issue ur token..it means he was threatening me.. why like this they are also staff not police not army who give them this authority.. that guy is, I think, from Pakistan, always wearing headcap and eyeglasses

I had a terrible experience visiting this place. After office hours, I stood in the queue for 85 minutes, only to reach the passing bay and be informed that it was closed. The staff covered everything up and rudely asked me to return the next day. I wasn’t the only one affected—several cars behind me faced the same treatment and were also turned away.
My biggest question is: why weren’t we informed earlier? If the service had to close, they could have at least notified those waiting in line instead of wasting our time. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Please train your staff in customer service and ensure such mismanagement doesn’t happen again.

It is very sad to see such centers in Dubai.. worst service, employees & zero empathy or respect! 10 counters only 3 operational.. employees are very careless.. i just can’t believe that RTA would keep such a center
My experience in this branch was very great, starting from Emad Ali Al Jaghman at the reception, he was very welcoming, very helpful and friendly, he tried his best to help me renew my vehicle's registration through the mobile App, but the system wasn't working, and then met with the manager Ms. Aisha who was also very helpful and friendly and finally fixed the issue and did the vehicle's registration renewal manually.
Today we met a wonderful person, Emad Ali from Tasjeel, warsan 2. I tried to renew my mulkiya and couldn’t complete the payment due to some technical issue and Mr. Emad help us to resolve the issue and make the payment and we got our renewed mulkiya within minutes. Thank you Emad, for being such an amazing person.
Very poor customer service staff at the front desk look very rude .no customer service manners at all . Long queue of customer with only 1 staff assisting.very slow service . For just a simple transaction it will take you ages . If you are visiting this branch you must spare minimum of 3 hours of your time. Guys for car passing though is very quick and very good in terms of assisting customers. All delay are caused from inside the center
Visited at 7AM. Super quick service, and really friendly staff. I'd recommend going early morning to avoid long queues
