Beautiful service, I came here to renew my car n had no earlier experience, here I mate Mr. Amrou Al Hawamdeh at the information counter, he made sure I get all my procedure done perfectly without any delay, within 15 min I got my mulkiya in my hand, great guy and great service. Thank you

Had to do multiple transactions and they expect you to take a token one after the other. Other option is to pay VIP. This is after unprofessional. Not what you expect from a Dubai government service.

Staff at the customer service counter here are not prioritizing customers in queue they're rather working on something else. I have been waiting for 20 mins, while there are 3 counter staff and just 2 customers.
And after 20 mins of waiting they simply attended to someone who didn't even get a token and was assisted by the "happiness ambassador ".
