Every single time that i have used their services, the car has been given back to me with the same problems still going on. They tend to replace unnecessary parts. Last time the radiator and the hoses were changed by them for a leaking coolant problem, and the car returned back with a still leaking coolant issue. When this was questioned, the answer given was in Turkish language with extremely rude words and far from a customer-service provider professional relation. I had to pay for a service that i did not receive. Never again for me personally.
