Bought new freezer and once it delivered it didn’t work. It is been half the week since i called the agency and I didn’t receive the replacement freezer. Every time I call they till me it is under process. When I will receive it.!!? I don’t know !!?

Poor customer service. My washing machine was only 7 months old and under warranty. I had given my washing machine for servicing. I thought it will be fixed easily. But almost 1 month, they still did not fix the issue. Spare parts was not available, even with almost everyday follow up, the same answer im getting. They cant even give me the clarity of shipment date when they will receive the spare parts of the washing machine. We are struggling to wash our clothes for almost a month. I hope they can fix the issue as soon as I post this review.
There was little water issue in my super general washing.but I was surprised how quickly the maintenance team came to fix the issue.honestly never seen such a nice a best service.congratulation to Mr Bakruddin the maintenance person very very helpful.Kudos to super general company giving the best service. we got the service from the company and we pay the service charges unfortunately after 1 week the issue still persisting same. even we call the service guy they dont respond call.
