Bought a New AC from this guys with 1 year warranty ! But in few days its gone, when we called the customer support they replied , wait for 2 days , how we can bear this heat for 2 days without Ac , worst customer experience i have faced in my life , you are not treating customer like professionals.
Dear company management, the workers involved in the maintenance of Super General water coolers did not work well and were unscrupulous. Things are routine and traditional, and we are at the speed of progress, especially in the Emirates. This harms the reputation of the company and the product and will lead to a huge loss because of a large number of stupid workers who work just to make money and live. Reschedule your workers. Choose the elite or you will go bankrupt
I bought a super general chiller and I wish I can give less than 1 start for their service. This chiller supposed to be defrost chiller as was shown when i bought it, however, it is freezing my items there! I have raised so many support tickets and they came multiple times only to watch the chiller and saying that this chiller should create ice which is totally wrong as I used to have chiller before and it was not creating any ice or freezing anything. Now they are ignoring my support request and not doing anything and they say that the chiller is working fine despite of the ice formed pics shared and the freezed items. Worst experience ever!
I had a bad experience with Super General cooking range. I bought a Cooking Range of Super General from Grand Store Sharjah on 29 Sept 2018. Within 1 month the top body start changing the colour to black and the paint start to move from the burners. The black colour is increasing day by day and send complaint to the company. I got a call and a technician visited and verified that something wrong with the product and not with any other thing. After 2 days I got a call that the part is not available. Now 15 days passed and still now no parts has received in the company. I am using another branded company cooking range for 18 years and still it was as new and I took to my home country. The service was very worse and they will not answer properly. So I will not recommend anybody to buy Super General
