I had a terrible experience with this cleaning company. They didn’t clean my apartment properly—water was left everywhere, and they even caused my washing machine to leak due to mishandling. To make matters worse, I discovered they stole items from my apartment.

When I tried to address these issues with customer service, I was treated very poorly and eventually ignored altogether. This company is unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. I would never recommend their services to anyone

I ordered cleaning on 22.03.24 they after 1 hour of cleaning told me that 1 hour is not enough but they already done and go, when I came home I find half of fridge only clean from dust, the things which I requested to clean was dirty, pot stay dirty with water inside after cooking, not washed, You can see the attached photo, then after my complain they come back to clean and they keep all the same ,😠 For the payment they requested to pay 2 hours and my bill was sanded to other person, I was wasting my time also to fix the mess with payment and sure I was ready to pay 1 hour how was from the begging. The worse company ever, very bad services, not advise you to deal with them

My experience with spick and span is very disappointing and I would not recommend the cleaning service to others.. There was no commitment to cover the agreed upon spaces !!! nor timing adjustments to finalize the agreement.. worst experience ever!!!

Terrible experience with Spick and Span! The equipment provided to their cleaners is completely outdated and ineffective. The cleaning cloth used by the staff was filthy—almost as black as charcoal. I couldn’t believe they expected her to clean with that. The vacuum cleaner barely worked, and it was clear she struggled to use it, though her effort wasn’t enough to make up for the poor tools provided.

To top it off, the dusting wasn’t done properly, and the overall cleaning was far from satisfactory. It feels like there is no management oversight to ensure both the quality of the equipment and the service. This company seriously needs to improve if they want to live up to their name.

The cleaning service was the best I ever had. I came home to a very clean house, every corner was spotless and everything was neatly arranged. Looking forward to them coming back again and again. Thank you very much

worst service ever. I requested cleaning at 10 am no one came. I called them, very unprofessional guy, rude replied said that the cleaners are late because they have do extend their duty on another place. When I asked why they didnt inform us he is silent, Not even apologizing. I called the owner, owner also same thing happened. she says one of the driver was taken to hospital 😂. So company is full of unprofessional staff including the owner. In the end the cleaning girl came at 11:10 am. only one I requested for 2 girls. Never call cleaning from this company, you will be fooled with lies.
