I purchased a Samsung The Frame TV. It's been four days already, and I have not received my order yet. Every day, they ask if I am available to receive the order, but then they disappear.
Two managers told me that they would check on it, but after the conversation, I am being ignored. This is unacceptable!

It’s my first time purchasing from Shams Al Sahil. So far I’m happy with the service. Delivery was very fast, even earlier, and the quality of the TV is very good. The delivery person service was very good , he helped us set up the TV and it was all done very smoothly , we were very happy with the service.
TV has nice quality and is a good deal. Installation is careful. They used hard paper to prevent dust falling when they drill, and they lifted the TV for me to preview the hight. They cleaned up well after finishing.
Very bad company , we agreed on one model and they brought me another one, and when i confront them they said its just a sticker instead of saying they are wrong although its clear that its a different model , they think people are stupid.
And also they mentioned that they will come in 1 or 2 days and they came after 5 days 😂.
I will never deal with this company again.
Worst customer service ever. I received the TV and it had a different legs design not matching with the TV. Definitely a sign that the TVs are refurbished. Be careful with this company, I cancelled my order sending the TV back.
