Don't go to this shop, they will not fix it well and they will delay the delivery. I had my laptop fixed and after two weeks my files got corrupted and starting to have black screen, they pick it up and fix it but when I received my software are all gone. It keeps on repeating the same thing again and again. They also lie about the repair timing. They are so slow and keeps on giving time that is not true. Think twice before going to this shop. It's been five days and my laptop is still with them.

Gave my laptop for repair as it was having a screen flicker issue. They opened the laptop damaging the cable in the process, and then couldn't find spare parts so the screen is irreparable. I asked for my data to be copied on an external hard drive during which they destroyed the hard disk as well. So I lost my laptop and all my data. After over a month of follow up, there has been no solution and they refuse to accept any responsibility. Stay away from this place.

Has an emergency today with my laptop battery, it needed a replacement and I couldn’t give away the laptop for a day or two. These guys responded fast, and arranged same day home delivery and replacement. They came on time, pleasantly replaced the battery and left. Good job guys 👍

I had the pleasure of communicating with Asif, who demonstrated both professionalism and a friendly attitude. The pickup and return of my laptop were handled efficiently and within a timeframe that was convenient for me. I also appreciated his flexibility with the payment process, as he allowed me to check the laptop before completing the payment at a time that suited my schedule.

Terrible repair shop. Took 3 months to repair my laptop and then they lost it and never paid back. I spoke to the owner, the technician and even the sponsor of the company and they refuses to pay for the lost laptop. I spoke to Asif and Mubarak and neither of them helped. Mubarak stopped answering my calls and is the technician. Extremely poor service. They also put glue on my motherboard to try and fix it. Terrible company with terrible ethics and customer service.

The service is super great. I am really thankful 🙏 Quick response time. They picked up the laptop within 3 or 4 hours and gave a good estimate of when will the pick up be. An hour later, they sent me an estimate and said they will need 1 day after my approval. Once approved, they sent an update including a photo that the computer is up. They gave me a time for delivery back by 2pm, they arrived at 1pm. The delivery guy did not have the cash to give me back change. So they shared the bank details and I sent in the transfer through the bank. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for making it simple.

Very bad service, not delivered at the time as they promised, they deal with the worst shipping company.
