Samsung AC Service Center - Instacool

Had a great experience with Samsung AC Service! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. My AC feels brand new, and they even shared some useful tips to keep it in top shape. Definitely recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Insta Cool Company. Initially, they committed to visiting on a specific day, but they rescheduled three times, showing a complete lack of reliability.

To make matters worse, their engineer, Mr. Abbas, stopped responding to my messages and failed to honor his commitments repeatedly. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers' time is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Insta Cool Company to anyone based on my experience. Their consistent failure to meet their commitments and lack of communication have led to a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I had my ac unit broken during Eid and nobody was available except instacool. Not only they arrived immediately but they repaired it flawlessly. Sanjay Babu was my operation Engineer and he was a true professional. Really glad he was there i highly recommend

I really had a bad experience after paying for assessment of the situation, and i had to follow-up with them for 2 days to receive their feedback on how to fix my AC. At end i had to deal with another factory to fix my AC because it was not working for 2 days.

It is unfortunate experience, because the first time i dealt with them for another issue they were very professional, for the second time it was a disaster experience

I've tried different companies to fix our AC issues over the years and have always been disappointed. I'm glad to finally come across a company that can resolve our issues and do a great service. Ms. Patricia is very professional and easy to coordinate with. I highly recommend this company.

Pathetic, Non professionals. Specially Abbas and Vishnu they don’t seem to bother about customer suffering. Spent hours and couldn’t fix my issue even made it worse.

Samsung should choose some professionals for after sales service.

Super impressed with the service from Samsung AC Service Center - Instacool. The technician arrived on time, was very polite, and did a thorough job servicing my AC. It’s now running like new! They were transparent with the pricing and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Definitely a go-to for AC repairs in Dubai. Highly recommended!

The worst company I have ever deal with. The are given you a lot of good and sweet talk and you’ll gone trust them. Unfortunately they are not professional at all and they don’t have a good installation team they damage my property and they haven’t come back to do them job and they didn’t come back for maintenance Which cost me a lot of money to bring a team to reinstall the Air Conditioning

Very nice and pleasant to deal with but the team had almost no technical knowledge and performs very low level work. If you have an extremely basic problem, I might trust them to fix it, but anything with any level of complication I would recommend avoiding them. The work output will be very basic and done without consideration for longevity, such as installing wires without any conduit, using the wrong type and poor quality wires, etc
