Very bad customer handling, staff are not friendly and they don't care for any comment given by customers! They don't have even POS machine and only accept cash!!
Very bad experience. they changed accessories from box and replaced with very cheap headphone and charger. and they charged ver high price compare to market. i bought A6 samsung @ 1200 AED where later came to know market price is only 870 AED. only. A pakistani lier salesman done froud with me. Be aware. dont go with his discounts. cheaters they are
Very rude.. I called for mobile display repair.. He told me to note another person's number.. Then he told only 7 digit number.. I asked him very politely like its only 7 digit.. After that his voice tone totally changed and he saying if you put it wrong what can i do" in very rude tone.. is this the way someone talks to customer.. After i cut the call and decided to not to go there.
