Happy New year 2025 to those who are reading my review and finding it helpful. Did not expected my new year will start by providing a negative review. I purchased an LG QNED 65-inch TV, and it has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a product. From the very beginning, this TV has been plagued with issues. First, the remote control wouldn’t work unless I was within 2 meters. After that was fixed, the buttons and power light on the TV itself stopped functioning within a few weeks. Then came the most infuriating problem—a line appeared on the display, and shortly after, the screen went completely blank. I’ve had to visit the service center six times in just six months, with each visit taking more time and patience than I could spare. The repair process was incredibly slow—my TV stayed at their center for more than 15 to 20 days in total, while they claimed to replace the display, main board, and other components. After waiting so long, I got the TV back, only to find another line on the screen within three days of use. When I finally requested a replacement, they refused, hiding behind their rigid policy. To make matters worse, they are now denying warranty coverage, citing the time elapsed, which is completely unacceptable considering the TV spent a significant portion of the warranty period at their service center for repairs. As a customer, I feel not just frustrated but utterly betrayed. I’ve wasted countless hours traveling, dealing with recurring problems, and enduring the stress of repeated failures. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and LG’s lack of accountability has added to my anger and disappointment. Let this review, my first of 2025, serve as a warning to others. I strongly urge potential buyers to make their decisions carefully and wisely. Avoid purchasing this TV, especially a display unit. The minor cost savings are absolutely not worth the frustration, wasted time, and endless repair cycles. LG’s failure to properly address these issues and their refusal to stand by their product has completely eroded my trust. Choose a more reliable brand to save yourself from this nightmare.

The WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE ever! I had ordered the Toshiba 8kg fully automatic washing machine from them as they claimed it to be an open box piece but in perfect working condition for aed 799 + 50 dhs installation charges. Upon installation the guys showed that it spins once and ran off saying let the cycle finish before turning it off. To my disbelief and disappointment the machine did not spin any further and the time ran out. Upon trying 3 more times with the same issue occurring , I contacted the main person Owais with a refund request who stated that he needed a video to belief the same where as in his conscience he knew he delivered a faulty appliance. And, so I shared the same and he kept insisting to send a replacement instead , however their products are not open box items, they are appliances made with spare spoilt parts from different products and all are of highly poor quality. This over smart sales person of theirs , Owais then stopped attending my spouses calls for the refund and collection while our laundry kept piling up each day, and upon trying from a different number within the next 10 mins he answered immediately hoping it would be a new client they can scam, but he shared the number of another guy claiming he does not know the name of his colleague 😂 however that number was also attended by Owais pretending to be someone else. Anyhow after weeks of chasing this one man scam company , they made multiple excuses of giving the refund after collecting the item in not the original mode of payment but via bank transfer and then another excuse that they wont collect because the box was not with us which their guys cleverly threw on the day they came for installation. Anyhow, the machine was collected and the installation charges were NOT refunded knowing they sent a wrong item which was conveyed the same day and they stopped responding to messages for the same. MORAL IS TO NEVER EVER NO MATTER WHAT, PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN THE MARKET AND THE BILL IS ATTACHED FOR EVERYONES REFERENCE
Today, the TV I ordered was delivered, and I’m very impressed with the service. The staff was professional, polite, and provided excellent customer care. The delivery was quick and efficient, much faster than I expected. The product arrived in perfect condition without any issues. If you’re looking for reliable delivery service, I highly recommend this store!
