Amazing service from this company, they were very professional all the way. Many companies ask money upfront to repair ( I already had a company that took machine and money, and never got it back, even after called by authorities), but not this one. All communicating with me about status of repairs and delivered on time with the quotation initially quoted despite more works needed. Dubai need more companies like you, well done.

I encountered an issue with my fridge this morning, and with a simple phone call, they managed to send a technician to my home the same afternoon. The technician who arrived was not only punctual but also incredibly skilled. He approached the repair work with professionalism and a great deal of patience. It was evident that he knew exactly what he was doing. In no time at all, my fridge was up and running as good as new. Replaced the mother board of my dishwasher , the machine was faulty a few weeks later. When they came to inspect, they told me it was the mother board and that last time they changed the motor. Just looking for a way to charge you extra money. 1000aed later I still have a dishwasher that does not work
They came to fix my water pump in Hayat Villas, Town Square. They charged me 350aed for a part and service. After 1 day, the water pump has same error and no water. They respond but want to debate and say it’s my fault before finally accepting that he should resend someone. This is now an extra charge of 250aed for a new part they claim is needed. And promise this will fix issue. Within 1 day again, the same issue happens. I message again and they send men for 3rd time. However, the men don’t communicate what they fixed and after 2 days thinking it’s working, I discover they didnt even turn on pump!! By now, I have bypassed the pump. They send men for a 4th time and were the same men who fixed the parts and again promised there should be no error. Next morning the same issue happened. Since that day, the man on whatsapp told me men would come back but no one has came. I have asked for a refund due to nothing being fixed. Now I am being totally ignored. Extremely disappointed with the whole saga!! Absolute mess!
