Besides the fact that the available color was replaced by another one due to getting sold off I have literally no complaints. Right from the start of my order until the receipt their team has been in touch with me ensuring I receive an amazing gift for my daughter . I may have asked them at least 30 questions n they never failed to reply to each one accurately. Would definitely recommend this adventure toys store to my friends and family

I place order for scooty on 22 dec

First issue came the item came used with scratch wears all around when i inform them she said its normal i agreed and continue

Second from the first day use the wheel came out and ( the soultion they gave me to ship item by my own or they will charge me for shipping ) y i have to do pay item is not a used for month or weeks .

3rd issue first charging the charging pin came out from ( soultion charger is not covered in warranty ) remember even if your charger come and don't work from the first day there policy is not covered for warranty This is what i understand .

I just wasted my money most of regret wasting my time to calling them for the solution Stay away .

Great services and accurate replies. Thanks for helping me get an awesome go kart for my little one. I loved how responsive the team always is on what's app. The delivery team was very helpful and my son loved the quality of the go kart.

They give u the most accurate advice in terms of sizes and age of my child 3. I purchased one jeep on april 22.after 1 month the jeep not working i called the rafplay customer service exicutive he say bring the jeep to the office. After i take the jeep to office the mechanic check the jeep he say have warrenty but after 5 days he say no warrenty he need 150 aed i say no proplem i give the money and take my jeep to our home.after two day the jeep have same proplem not working i call the guy. He say no warrenty he need money. I faced very bad behavior from your side the jeep quality is very bad. Only one month the jeep too much time complaint. Please help me

I recently got a scooter and got flat tyre. I was trying to ask for their help to fix since its still under warranty but they are charging me too much for 1 tyre and they said that the service is not yet included if they come to my location. It wouldn’t be convenient for me because I dont have a car to go there. Their customer service is very bad. They would just ask for your money but they wouldn’t help. I guarantee you that. They dont care about their customers. They’re all abput the money.

No reply on WhatsApp & no one answering phone calls 👎🏼 I was planning to buy e bike from them, but now I changed my plan .

Overpriced and they lied about the mileage and speed of my product and they refuse to fix my battery although I have warranty and I cant even return it
