1/5 stars I had Issue with my previous review and garage staff contact me to solve it (Respect them action)

Akshay and jitosh, we were so kind and honest ; i came with a big problem with a damage to my boot ; they gave a lost cost solution and took less than what i thougt it could cost from me ; they are really fair ; i will recommend everyone to come to them only .

Extremely bad experience. After sending the car they charged me for inspection where no garage was charging any amount for inspection. Then gave a very high quote so I was forced to either accept high quote or pay their inspection charges which were very high. Terrible place and not recommended at all.

Horrible customer service. They didn’t care about looking after my car. They only favor customers from India.I do not recommend them plus they are very expensive.

I have a VW 2015 model GTi which i bought recently It had an issue with abnormal noise from engine. Team has done perfect diagnosing and given me the detailed inspection report with all the findings My concern was rectified and also the fuel consumption of the vehicle also got into best result and the repair work carried out

I went there with one of my female colleagues and unfortunately witnessed the worst ever experience of customer care of my 17 years stay in Dubai. Of course a customer should be treated with respect regardless of gender but their staff member spoke dismissively and rudely to my female friend which should not have happened at all. I tried to ask from all staff sitting there that who is the manager so that we can talk about our grievance with the manager but no one responded or may be they don’t have any manager at the sight. Upon no response, I told one reasonable looking person to forward my feedback to the management that they should train their staff on how to talk to a customer in general and specially to a female customer,not sure he conveyed or not.

On this Tuesday night, our car suddenly stopped working in a parking lot due to a battery issue, but Qucars shop responded right away, even though it was after business hours. Since we really rely on our car, the shop prioritized our repair the next day, and to our surprise, it was already fixed and ready to go by the afternoon. The speed of their service was incredible. When we got the car back, it was sparkling clean—not just the exterior but the interior as well. It looked so spotless I almost didn’t recognize it as ours! The office was super clean and tidy, and the staff were all so friendly. Especially our advisor, Nazeem, stood out as especially kind and easy to talk to. He made communication a breeze by sending photos and videos, which was really helpful. He was so thoughtful and took the time to answer all our questions, even beyond the immediate issue. The prices were very reasonable, and I’m planning to ask the shop to fix some scratches on the exterior next time. It was such a great repair experience. Qucars shop is reliable and professional, and I’d definitely recommend it. If you’re dealing with car trouble in Dubai, this is my top pick!

One of the best garages in dubai. Very professional and good customer service. Mr.Anilal is very friendly and helpful , he makes us understand the problem and provides the solutions as well. And the important thing is , they are not expensive. Its affordable and trustworthy.

Soo bad service. You will bring good condition car and they will damage it and they will offer you to fix for expensive price one of them is nazil name

Worst experience ever. Try to avoid this Garage.
I have faced a very bad experience on my last visit on lower arm bush replace. Once the work was done by the time of hand over I have noticed that my gear had a big issue which wasn’t there before, but they denied it. After all I asked them to quote me the price to repair the gear, believe me they said that my gear is fully spoiled and quoted me 9,000 Aed. Which then I have fixed it with just 700 Aed from other work shop. Just due to negligences in their work, they have disturbed the gear sensor and failed to fix it.
Will never be back.
