I had a very disappointing experience with the AC installation provided by this company. The installation was done poorly and clearly not up to manufacturer standards. Due to ongoing performance issues, I had to bring in the original AC supplier to inspect the system. After a thorough assessment, the supplier issued an official report confirming that the installation was not carried out according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and, in fact, made the situation worse.
This not only caused unnecessary discomfort but also wasted time and money. I expected a professional service, but what I received was careless work that required external intervention. I do not recommend this company for AC installations

I recently used Optimus General AC Trading and I can happily give the best possible recommendation. We struggled for a while with AC's in our villa and we were reluctant to go with swap as we though it is a long and expensive process. The payment for maintenance was growing. Optimus swaped all 4 of them and brough the ceiling in previous (or better condition) within a just few days from initial contact: they are very professional in advisory about the best solution, fast in delivery, experienced in fitting and mounting the equipment and very precise in their work. Once again, if you have an doubt about AC swap I would strongly recommend O General AC.

والبنسبة للوكيل خدمة التركيب انتبهو تطلبون منهم انهم هم من يقومون بمعملية التركيب والتشغيل لان ليس لديهم احترافية للعمل ابدا ولو جبت حد من الشارع يركب افضل عنهم بكثير كما ان سعر التركيب عالي جدا مقابل خدمة شنيعة هذا انا مركب ماكملت اسبوع قام ينزل ماء من الوحدة الداخلية وبصعوبة استجوبو فريق الصيانه وعملو صيانة علما الوحدات جديدة مكلف عليها 19 الف درهم والان منذ شهر تماما اتواصل معهم بحيث بان التكيف لايبرد واطلب منهم زيارة فريق الصيانة ولكن لاجدوى لم اجد استجابة علما انا مشتري التكيفات منذ مايقارب ال3 اشهر
