Bought a washing machine for 1800AED that faulted within weeks of delivery. Technician sent to repair, it worked again for a few weeks then failed again. Now the shop is ignoring all messages and phone calls, and I’m stuck with a heavy dead brick in my front garden.

Please don’t waste your money here - buy new or find another seller.

Do NOT Trust This Store! Terrible Appliances, Worse Service! Regretting Every Penny Spent - the fridge doesnt work and they havnt fixed it yet - desipite its ower a month ago, I called them first time! We all ready bought a new fridge and this one is on the way to the junkyard!

I bought a Siemens fridge. They mentioned it was almost new, but I checked it and its a 2013 model and it recently broke down - after only 3 weeks of usage. The repair costs are 1.900 aed - Norman promised to fix it 2 weeks ago, they have still not come by.
I cannot recommend these guys at all.
After seeing the other reviews, I think we should make a case at the police.. It seems like systematic fraud

Noman he is very kind and helpful gentleman has the best shop in Dubai (Deira) to sell any used items, I am his frequent customer I don’t trust any other person only him, I have bought so many items and he brought it all to me in the best condition all same like brand new, so i recommend him for all.

Steer clear of this place. I bought an oven from them, and it broke down in just a few weeks. They told me not to worry because it was under warranty. But when I tried to get it repaired, they just ghosted me. No replies to my texts or calls. Total letdown.

We bought a used Siemens washing mashine from this particular store.. About 2 weeks later it just stopped working. The shopkeeper has just for third time postponed the reparation date again, because his technican has just become sick once again..

This shop isnt serious - watch out for this particular shop..

We purchased multiple items following a move to Dubai. All items worked well and even though one item was faulty it was quickly replaced without any fuss, very happy with the service we have received.
