The agency is still yet to get back to me with the cause and a resolution. Neither Wilson, Vinoy or any other representatives of Arabian Automobiles LLC seems to care about this.

I had got back my vehicle today and was charged AED 4100 for changing the radiator. When checking with the advisor Wilson the checklist utilized by the service personnel apparently is not having any criteria of inspection for radiator and I am not sure for what more it is not there. They charge you inspection rates for such activities and I came to the understanding that it is not being done. The advisor and the agency is still not able to give me any valid explanation and I am absolutely sure that this was nothing but a damage that had occurred at the hands of the service center when they did work of replacement of the engine mount. Another instance that happened today was when I opened the bonnet to see the work done I saw the steering lube container covered in fresh grease like substance which was so thick I made an issue for that and then the advisor Wilson had called someone by the name of Vinu and told me that he did the service on it and this is not an issue. I couldn't accept and believe what I was hearing even though after you paid a premium amount the agency and the personnel are least bothered about the job done and the payment received. I asked them to clear it and then with a used clothe they wiped it which is far away from being clean. Everyone was saying that it is because of the age of the vehicle and so on but mind it I have been doing service only with Arabian Automobiles and in this many years they never mentioned anything about an issue for my radiator. The response and attitude of explaining the root cause of the issue from the agency was poor and unprofessional. This is my last service with them as I had understood that I was being duped and cheated and most importantly made to pay for this when clearly it was a mistake of the service agency Arabian Automobiles. This is absolutely ridiculous and cheating and I happened to be at the receiving end. I received a further phone call from Vinoy today saying that they will work on a resolution but still now no answer. Word of advice stay away from this agency.
Another update for this I was told that the amount could go even higher as this could not be the final amount. What should I do ? Believe me I am being extorted and cheated here. I humbly request all the users and account holders having vehicle serviced by Arabian Automobiles be careful I was trapped I request all of you please think before acting.

Exactly one week after getting my vehicle from the service and after paying AED 4900 for the engine mount change and everything my vehicle radiator is damaged beyond repair. I got the vehicle and exactly after a week it broke down and now at this moment I have been told that I need to pay AED 4200 additional for changing my radiator. The reason for the issue is a piss poor work done by the technicians and the service advisor Wilson I am sorry to say is nothing but smiling and lying and identifying opportunities to squeeze out money. My Pathfinder is at 280K and it is my mistake to ensure that I do the service in the service center. The vehicle is single handedly used and there is no major accident or any issues. Plus during the major service they did a checklist for the whole vehicle and this was not flagged out. It was a horrible experience and my last service with Arabian Automobiles. Absolutely unprofessional and daylight money extorting thieves.
One of the best service centre's for Nissan. I have been a regular patron for the past 12 years. Mr Wilson was very professional and courteous. He went into the extra mile to rectify issues with my vehicles and also followed up the following days whether the service had met my expectations or not. Good service and an effective team. Well done. This was a major service and Wilson updated me the status at each stage thank you and very well done. Highly recommended

I had done a service for changing the parts of AC for my Pathfinder and I have to say that Mr. Wilson did a very good job. He ensured the job was careful and that whilst removing the dash everything was done very carefully and firmly. I am really happy with the work. Very good job Mr. Wilson.

While the service was a bit on the expensive side, the level of professionalism and care, especially from Mr. Wilson, made it worth the cost. Very bad experience especially with parts.
Very slow. I waited half an hour in the repair shop and they don't know how to fix it. I waited two days. In the end, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the car and they didn't fix anything. After that, they told me that the annoying sound coming from the car was normal!!!
Wilson was very help. He consistently followed up with the insurance company and make sure the work was done within the shortest possible time. He is a great guy. The manager was also very supportive
