Had there been a real issue, we would have addressed it professionally — that is how we operate. Your claim only appeared after payment reminders and our public review. This clearly shows your intent, not ours. The WhatsApp records and unanswered calls speak for themselves — the only thing communicated was that payment would be made. Our only fault was extending trust and accepting bank transfer post-collection, despite clearly stating our cash-first policy. That goodwill was misused. What was most disappointing was the total lack of basic courtesy — repeated follow-ups were ignored, and instead of accountability, we received silence and excuses. Also, if there were multiple issues in the past as you now claim, why did you continue purchasing from us repeatedly? That in itself reveals the truth — this is simply an attempt to deflect blame and avoid payment. This experience has been a strong reminder for us not to extend flexibility where it isn’t valued.
