Appalling service, took 48 hours for them to contact me by email. When they finally did, we agreed an appointment 5 & half hours in advance, No one turned up, no phone calls or reasons. Had to chase them down for an re-appointment time. No one answers their phones btw. I finally got a telephone operative that clearly neither knew or cared where the company technicians were. After wasting my entire weekend afternoon, I finally got a call to say 'it might be some time before we can see you. Thanks Mr. Phone. You suck

Called them to repair a samsung broken screen. They quoted way too high. Got it from half the price

I gave them the iphone with Water Damage and a cracked back side to fix. They only fixed the water damage and returned the phone cracked from the back. In the end they blame me that I didn't tell ask them about it. Never going to use them again nor recommend them. Very unprofessional communication throughout.

service dropped drastically unfortunately. very slow pick up and delivery, and the new screens cracked on their own after couple of weeks with no replacement offer. do not use

They aren't supplying the genuine parts. (Atleast for apple products I can say) I had argued with them on messages and in person that the screens I am getting replaced aren't the same performance as the original, they assured me each time that they are from the ofiginal supplier. But when I put the device to test, with high quality media such as Netflix 4k movies or YouTube 4k hdr, It fails to deliver the exact results. Lacking clarity, over bright, haze, dimm, all sorts of problems. Yes it works OK on daily use, it's clear and fine. Can get by without horrible pixel dust. But it's just not the same as the original for watching crisp multimedia, the reason for which most of us buy the high end phone with best display etc.
