Brought my car there to check a minor issue. One of the supplier of that garage happened to hit the right side mirror and damaged the motor that let the mirror fold and unfold. Management refused to cover the repair and didn't do anything to put pressure on the supplier. Only gave their business card. Didn't provide the CCTV footage as requested. I would not recommend this place at all.

Hamza and the team never disappoint. They are a very professional outfit with excellent customer service. They take the time to explain your options and the issue in detail. I have a BMW X6, and I know it's in competent hands for service and repair with them. Keep it up, guys!!!
I have really trouble experience, it's one customer place what to get from as much a possible then bye bye, do what you want .
Be careful parts price over 5X times, no experience in some cars and they broke two piece that costed alot and he didn't help or make discount in anything even it's his own fault, ni delivery in time despite quotation is paid fully, after the quotation he broke the two pieces due lack of experience and he take no responsibility I had to pay them to be to get my car

I rarely leave a review - only if the product or service was excellent or utmostly the worst. IN THIS CASE, I RECEIVED THE WORST CAR SERVICE EVER.
For the first time I can finally say that I have a regret in my life - I deeply, sincerely regret bringing my Porsche to Motor Zone.
Delayed responses - "read" messages on WhatsApp, no response. Quote changes, always something to add on, and you'd be forced to purchase. Very smart how they deliver these additional charges. I was advised my car would be with them just for four days (4) but ended up nineteen (19) days!! Dashboard was removed and replaced - radio cannot find signal/channel anymore. I have no car for Christmas and New Year but I told them it is fine as long as they give back my car in a very good condition.
I got the car, good thing I stopped and parked 50 meters away from the shop because water was flowing down from the roof to the front and side of the car which I wiped, seemed like they poured water onto the car and did not wipe it. I took my time and walked around, investigated and re-checked - so glad I did because I found paint chipped on my Porsche as well as red marks all around, also very dirty tire rims. I called them immediately, they said I can come back another day, I told them I am near so I will be with them in a minute.
I got to the shop, they called the very arrogant owner Hamze, they just dabbed white paint on the chipped paint, did not even apologize.
I also showed them the very dirty tire rims, he told me they will clean it for free and I need to wait 30 minutes, as if I owe them. Ended waiting an hour, or almost an hour. I always have my car back clean when I had it serviced, well here's a first and hopefully last ever time I have my beloved car back dirty and badly treated.
Red marks ALL OVER the car that cannot be easily wiped, they used a special solution to remove it. No one knows where it came from.
I was advised initially that detailing was interior and exterior. But it turned out it was only interior, super expensive. My leather interior became so dry and lifeless, Hamze even gave me a lame excuse they use the best products, I disagree, even the service is obviously subpar. They placed all the items inside a garbage bag and placed at the back of the car. Looking inside it was really a very very bad job. My carpets were still dirty. They did not fully and properly clean the interior, I even found a dirham coin under my chair so does that mean they really cleaned the entire interior of the car? To top this - they threw my parking sticker, this caused me a lot of inconvenience and I demanded they pay back the parking sticker fee - see, I am not after the money but for the principle that they should do their job right! Very disappointing.
I had my car detailed a few times with legit car detailing shops - they bring back my car so clean, neat, good smelling, all in its original place.
I did not ask for payment for the chipped paint nor the unknown red spots all over my white SUV - I really felt so cheated. Moreover I believe that what goes around comes around.
After wiping the rims, not sure how or why but only then and there that they only managed to see some problems, they put on the analysis machine on the dashboard, no one is telling me anything. I asked again one staff he said there is problem on my airbags. Guys - this is found out when I returned. Safety issue, not OK. This inspection/test should have been done from the beginning! Wow, I just want to run away from these guys and hopefully not encounter them again. Such a devastating experience!!!
Do yourselves a favour. Please go somewhere else.
I ve been going to this service center for 6 years and I am very happy. Very reliable and I feel safe as a woman to bring my car here. Hamza is the best and I am grateful for his help whenever I needed 🙏🏼

Very bad experience, do not waste your money and time to go there. I went there to do a full car check up before buying it. It all started well as the team was very friendly and price reasonnable. Post check up, i decided to buy the car based on their positive feedback. Few days after, i found out that the car had some serious default on the engine turbo which was not highlighted by motor zone. The quality of their checkup was very bad.
Very overpriced for what they provide. Bad service with very low care. Came to pick up my car only to discover the windows were open all the time the car was there with a dust storm that weekend, great! Many better options in regards to price, service and care around them.
