Clearly whatever reviews on here are made by staff or friends of the staff maybe. I order a drone and they sent it to me quickly and all that goes without mentioning that the delivery was quick. It was not until it reached me that I realized it’s a PNP receiver rather than TBS, it seemed like the person the have put in charge of sales only knows how to sell and has no clue about systems or Fpv’s (I myself am not experienced either) but as a sales person you should make sure of the order (not only keep asking if I’m going to buy). Now the sales guy after they sent me a product that I can’t use, he says “sorry sir I ASSUMED you have the remote compatible with PNP”. They call me for the solution telling me it’s more expensive that what you paid and you have to pay extra, pay extra a mistake the sales person made by not confirming the order details not even once (just kept asking if I’m buying l)…… Very unacceptable and unprofessional customer service.
I had a very disappointing experience with Melaaha Drones. They do not answer phone calls or respond to WhatsApp messages. Their customer service is extremely poor, and they show no interest in addressing customer concerns. Overall, I would not recommend their services
