Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent team. I opted for deep cleaning services from them. They left my house with furniture and plants alarmingly unorganized unlike how it was when I let them into my house. Neither did they do the dusting of doors, tv, etc. On top of it, they have this guy named “Jahangeer” whose response to everything (with utter arrogance) was “customer ko har cheej khud check karni chahiye na” (Translation: Customer must inspect everything on his own). In retrospect, however little, they cleaned all open spaces properly so 1 star for that.

For this company, customer & service provider’s mutual trust, work ethics, hospitality and ownership doesn’t seem to be known at all.

What a bad experience!! Negative rating would had been apt.

Very poor quality service. 0 attention to details. 8h to do a deep cleaning of a 1BR : you should expect spotless service ? Not even close: floor surface not clean, windows done approximately, bathrooms wall untouched ... The flat was not even messy, just the classic move-in request.
First booking I expressly ask them to come at 8:30. At 9:10 I was told that the cleaners would come in 5mn. 9:20: I got a call from the supervisor telling me they will need another 20mn!!!! I rescheduled. They came early and left way before time for sure

No respect for people’s time and money. If you would like a service that is punctual, convenient and hassle free, then try another company.

Made an appointment for 3:30pm. Said they will be late and will arrive at 4-4:30pm. At 4:50pm texted to say they won’t come. They rescheduled for the next morning for 8am and of course they were late. When I inquired where they were they texted me to say I should call them to find them. Why should I be chasing their cleaners for them? They came at 8:30 half an hour late. I booked for two hours and they worked 1.5hours and still wanted to be paid for 2 hours.

There are many companies out there. Save yourself the torture and book elsewhere.

Meticulous cleaning service. Showed up on time and did a perfect job of cleaning all sofas, dinning Chairs, curtains, carpets, mattress and the whole house. Spot on spotless service and I can say this is the first time I had people cleaning my apartment and have this level of satisfaction. The team damaged our mattress and tried to leave without informing us. The owner promised to look into compensation but typically, has not followed up. Very disappointing to have an otherwise perfect mattress ruined because the company has not properly trained their staff or given them the right equipment to use for different types of upholstery.

There services are excellent.. always on time and if one assigned is absent .. you will get a replacement. Their staff is well trained . One coming to my place named Berna is very punctual and does her job with full honesty and efficiently.I highly recommend.

Used Magic Gloves Cleaning for our move out deep clean and the team was INCREDIBLE. Our place never looked so good and so clean. The team of Robela, Joy, Aisha, Rana and Jahangir were absolutely great, professional and hard working! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the management after damaging my mattress.

They came out to deep clean a mattress which is less than 2 years old. They damaged it and they tried to leave without even mentioning it, until I asked to inspect it before they left my premises. They then admitted to damaging it so I got in touch with who believe is the owner or senior management, Nazira, who fully acknowledged that the damage had indeed been caused by her team. When it came to discussing compensation she tried to guilt trip me by saying the workers are on low salary and they can not afford to pay. I made it clear that is a matter for her to manage internally and not the customers issue.

They have refused point blank to make things right. I will not be using them again for sure.
