I had a terribly disappointing experience at the Lulu store in the electronic section today. Unfortunately, I wasn't the only one - 2-3 other customers were also left unattended. Despite waiting for almost 30 minutes, no staff member attended to me. I eventually complained to the customer service section, but received no proper response. To make matters worse, there was no one to attend to customers, and even when I tried to get someone's attention, they ignored me. Frustrated, I abandoned my purchase and left the store. This was my worst experience at Lulu. In contrast, I had a great experience with the team at Lulu in Oman. Unfortunately, the staff at the Mall of UAQ outlet in the UAE were extremely poor. If I could, I wouldn't give this outlet any stars. Ironically, I ended up making my purchase at the older Lulu outlet the same day.

Quite a big hypermarket with everything you need and not very crowded as well. Fish and meat section have some delays, but it's short unlike other Lulu hypermarkets.
